Introducing Healthy Together
Healthy Together is the name for the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme services provided by Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. These services are largely health visiting and school nursing services, providing local families with the care they need, including targeted support and early intervention where appropriate. There will be a monthly drop-in clinic at the school which can be accessed by both parents and carers and staff. The attached flyer has more information about this service but for clinic dates and times please check the poster in school.
The Health for Kids website contains a wealth of information where children can learn about different aspects of physical and emotional health in a fun and interactive way. There is also a section for parents and carers.
